AERIAL CONDITIONING

6.30 - 7.30pm

A technical training session combining ground and aerial conditioning. Each class will cover details on technique, alignment, helpful adjustments and variations building strength, stamina and physical capacity. Pushing, pulling, climbing, inverting, core, legs, partner/ team work and lots of fun! A perfect solo fitness class or taken in tandem with your weekly aerial class. 

Come and get super strong! Prepare to work hard!

A technical aerial class combining ground and aerial conditioning. Each class will cover details on technique, alignment, helpful adjustments and variations on the basics of aerial postures, positions and transitions. A perfect fitness class, or complimentary class to your weekly repertoire aerial dance class.
