Short and sweet, these 5 week courses are designed for absolute beginners and improvers who want to try Dance Trapeze for the first time or continue from a previous beginner basics course. Teachers Emily, Monica and Katie draw on personal style and technical expertise, providing an excellent introduction to the wonderful art of aerial dance.

Combining elements of pilates and ground based acrobatic movement, our Beginner Basics courses help strengthen, lengthen and lighten the physical body while developing motor skills, coordination and proprioception for broader capacity of movement.

Suitable for students with no previous experience or improver students who want to revisit fundamentals.
