Connect with your body through yoga and meditation

In this course you will learn how to use your breath to move fluidly, how to feel and listen to your body. You will become aware of the way you shift your body in space so you can build strength and flexibility where you need it. These classes are mellow yet intense, suitable for all levels.

Sara Makdessi Bio:

To me, yoga is a tool to explore, feel and connect. When I teach yoga I like to guide people into

a journey of physical and emotional sensations. Mixing my knowledge of anatomy and my

visual art skills, my cues are precise, detailed and full of images, while keeping a playful flow.

Practicing yoga since 2010 with teachers in Lebanon, Germany and Ireland, I bring a mix of

styles into the practice inspired by ashtanga, vinyasa, iyengar, yin, buddhist meditation and also

jazz dance and functional movement. My practice and teaching method are highly influenced

by my teachers Mareike Thies, Greg Walsh, Rohan Hennessey and Elena Moreo.
